Using the PelvicToner coudn't be simpler. All you need is somewhere comfortable, your PelvicToner, and some water-soluble lubricant if necessary. Follow the instructions and you can be exercising effectively within minutes of opening the box.

A set of PelvicToner exercises only takes 5 mintues.We recommend that you do them every day, but at least 3 times a week as a minimum. If you find a regular time, for example, when you go to bed or first thing, you will find it easier to remember.

How it works

The PelvicToner uses the key principles identified by Arnold Kegel, to help you identify and isolate your pelvic floor muscles and exercise them effectively by squeezing against a resistance provided by sets of springs.

You get instant feedback to show you are squeezing correctly and, as you improve, you can increase the resistance in stages to make your exercise more demanding.

The device allows you to change the amount of resistance that you will experience by changing the springs; as your muscle strength improves you can increase the resistance to increase you workload and, therefore, the benefit.
