Health issues

Intimate problems such as poor bladder control, incontinence and prolapse are not subjects that most women will discuss easily with their doctor, their friends or even their partner. Unfortunately there is still such a huge taboo surrounding something as common as stress incontinence that it is even difficult to find honest and helpful information in magazines and newspapers because many editors still believe that it is something that their readers would rather be swept under the carpet.

As a result there is a huge amount of ignorance and misinformation surrounding the intimate health problems that are caused directly by weak or stretched pelvic floor muscles following childbirth and the menopause.
