Order processing & delivery
We will process your order as soon as possible and usually within 24 - 48 hours. If there are exceptional delays due to high demand then you will be notified. You will be sent an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Your order will be dispatched in DISCREET, PLAIN PACKAGING and there will be NO INDICATION OF THE CONTENTS.
Order Notes
If you wish to address a note to your postman you can enter specific instructions in the Order Notes box after you have completed your Checkout details.
PLEASE NOTE: These instructions will be clearly visible to anyone seeing your mail. Please limit your instructions to no more than 15 words.
Delivery options
All packages are sent by Royal Mail. At the checkout you can select the level of delivery service that suits your needs.The selection of Special Delivery guarantees delivery on the next working day (not Saturdays) after dispatch, not necessarily the day after you place your order. Selection of Special Delivery does not fast track your order through Order Processing.
International Tracked and Signed For Services
If you live oustide the UK then, according to where you live, you can opt for the a Tracked and/or Signed For Airmail service. We are updating our shop so that you are only presented with the options available to you. Until this work is done we will use the highest level of service available to you. If a Tracked and/or Signed For service is not available to you then we will refund the appropriate amount. Please check our Terms and Conditions before selecting this option.
