Libido lost and found
How pelvic floor exercises can restore libido and improve sexual satisfaction for both partners
The PelvicToner was designed to cure stress incontinence and in clinical trials it proved to be the most effective treatment available. But there is very strong evidence from clinical trials and a 5000 strong survey of women and their orgasm experience that strengthening the pelvic floor can have a profound effect on sexual satisfaction and libido. Effective exercise and strengthening of the pelvic floor and vaginal muscles improves blood flow and nerve endings in the vagina and the area known as the G spot which has been shown to improve the intensity and frequency of orgasm. But tightening the vagina also improves stimulation and friction for both parties. Rekindling sexual satisfaction has a profound effect on libido.
The essence in a few words:
"It is clinically proven that a strong pelvic floor is essential if you want a great sex life. A strong, healthy pelvic floor is the best way to get better lubrication, greater friction with your partner and more orgasms of greater intensity. Unfortunately childbirth and the menopause inevitably cause pelvic floor weakness which leads to a lacklustre sex life for both partners. The PelvicToner is a simple exercise device that helps you exercise more effectively. Most women notice a great improvement in a couple of weeks. The PelvicToner costs just £31.99 and is available from www.pelvictoner.co.uk , 0117 974 3534, your local pharmacy or your GP on prescription."
Case study example "my partner has noticed a huge difference, infact so much so that i have had to reduce my useage down to twice a week now as I was becoming too strong, and making him ejaculate far too soon. This has honestly made me feel great, and I would 100% recommend to anyone. "
100% more orgasms
In a recent survey, 100% women using the PelvicToner exercise progamme achieved more orgasms
According to a number of published research papers 9 out of 10 women have never had a vaginal orgasm. And one of the main reasons is that they are just not tuned in to appreciate the sensations from their vagina and G-spot or there is a complete or limited stimulation of the sensory areas because of a lack of friction. And it isn’t always the result of a small penis. There are even reports that 24% of men fake orgasm during penetrative sex because they do not get enough stimulation/friction!
The Orgasm Survey set out to establish the state of the female orgasm and the results of nearly 5000 responses were analysed – see www.orgasmsurvey.co.uk for details
It is well known, by some! that strong pelvic floor muscles are essential to achieve orgasm. But the survey clearly showed that the majority of women do not rate their own pelvic floor. Taking positive action to address this situation can have pretty mind-blowing effects!
Amongst women who used the PelvicToner vaginal exerciser, 87% of users said that they had become more aware of their pelvic floor within just 2 weeks and 80% reported an improvement in their sex lives after just 4 weeks. 62% said their partner noticed an improvement in vaginal tightness and stimulation.
Only 36% of women believed that their pelvic floor was ‘good/very good’ before using the PelvicToner.
After using the PelvicToner 100% ticked ‘good’.
Before using the PelvicToner only a third of women said they ‘often’ or ‘always’ achieved a vaginal orgasm during penetrative sex. 43% said ‘never’ or ‘rarely’.
After using the PelvicToner the results were ‘never’ or ‘rarely’ ZERO, ‘often’ or ‘always’ 75%
Thanks to Arnold Kegel
Arnold Kegel introduced pelvic floor exercises on an unsuspecting world in 1948 and he noted that the ability to have a vaginal orgasm was directly linked to the condition of the pelvic floor and vaginal muscles.
These are the most under-exercised muscles in the body. Unfortunately, for 50 years Kegel exercises have been generally poorly or inadequately taught and as a result women do not appreciate the link between exercising and sex benefits.
The PelvicToner fully adopts Kegel’s principles so that the vaginal muscles are squeezed against a resistance and there is an instant feedback to confirm that the correct muscles are being squeezed.
GP and sexual health expert Dr Sarah Brewer said: “Dr Arnold Kegel reported a landmark study in 1952 linking sexual satisfaction for women and the muscle tone of their pelvic floor. In many ways, we have failed women ever since by not telling them how to do these exercises correctly. The secret – as identified by Kegel – is to improve muscle tone by exercising against resistance. People understand that to improve muscle it’s no good just lifting our arms in the air – no matter how many repetitions we do. We have to introduce some form of resistance to get good results, and it’s the same with pelvic floor exercise.
Encouraging women to squeeze repeatedly when sat on the bus or to use devices that do not offer resistance, means many women are wasting their time and increasing their sense of frustration.”
The PelvicToner is £29.99

“Observations in [more than 3,000 women,] both parous and nulliparous..., ranging in age from 16 to 74 years, have led to the conclusion that sexual feeling within the vagina is closely related to muscle tone, and can be improved through muscle education and resistive exercise." “78 of 123 women complaining explicitly of sexual deficits achieved orgasm following the training”.

The PelvicToner programme and the benefits of effective pelvic floor exercises.
Kegel recommended a routine of 300 squeezes a day against a resistance. This bears no comparison to the few ad hoc contractions against ‘thin air’ that most women may manage if they follow NHS Guidelines, orif they exercise at all. The real sex benefits of effective exercises only come with dedication and greater effort. The PelvicToner programme provides the motivation and means to exercise effectively. It helps women confidently identify the correct muscles and then, through resistive exercise, encourages a rapid improvement in muscle tone which motivates the user to exercise regularly.
Exercising the pelvic floor also builds the neural pathways between this most sensitive of areas and the brain, and develops a much greater awareness of the pelvic floor, the vaginal walls and the G spot.
Exercise of any muscle increases blood flow to the area and helps develop nerve endings and stimulation. Anecdotal evidence consistently suggests that regular pelvic floor exercise leads to more frequent orgasms of greater intensity.
